A, General Terms of Usage
To use any Jobmanji website you must be at least 16 years of age.
Jobmanji websites may be used to seek employment or employees, find career information & other job related queries.

- Aggregation, copying and redistribution of any content is not permitted without prior written consent from Jobmanji
- Not post any content that may be misleading, illegal or promotional and not intended as standard usage of the website
- Not carry out false advertising campaigns using Jobmanji material and / or attempt to impersonate Jobmanji
Any attempts to access any of Jobmanji's network or web infrastructure may result in civil and / or criminal liability. Jobmanji will cooperate with authorities in prosecuting users who are involved in unlawful violations
2, Agreement For Job Seekers
Jobmanji indexes millions of jobs and is committed to providing the best and freshest job results and content possible.
To this effect Jobmanji have developed and are constantly evolving systems to return available and high relevance job postings. Due to the large volume of data it may be inevitable that expired and / or low relevance job listings are returned. If you detect a bad, misleading or inappropriate job listing please contact us.
3, User content
Content supplied by users to Jobmanji is the sole responsibility of the user from which the content originated. Jobmanji can not be held responsible for any content submitted by third parties but sincere efforts are made to control content on the website.
Jobmanji cannot guarantee the accuracy or veracity of content supplied by users and as a result cannot be held liable for such content, if you do come across content you deem inappropriate or inaccurate please contact us.
4, Job Posting Terms for Advertisers
An advertiser is any company, job board, person, recruitment site or other entity that supplies job listings to Jobmanji whether free or paid.
Any job posted by advertisers must not contain:
- Hyperlinks or images of any kind
- Misleading or promotional information
- Information not expressly related to the job listing
- More than one job position or location per job listing
- Material of a violent or sexual nature
- Language that could be considered vulgar or offensive
Any jobs detected breaking any of the above will be removed and the advertisers account may be terminated without notice.
Duplicate Job Listings
Jobmanji uses advanced systems to deduplicate job listings. As such job listings provided free may not appear in search results if a duplicate exists posted by another advertiser. Duplicate jobs are rotated among advertisers in an attempt to give equal visibility to advertisers.
In the event that multiple advertisers post the same job listing the advertiser with the highest paid bid per click receives priority for the job listing to be displayed. Contact us to enquire about our bidding options.
Advertisers using the Paid Job posting option are given absolute preference in search results over free job advertisers and bidding advertisers.
Duration of Job Listings
All jobs posted to Jobmanji will be displayed for 30 days unless removed or renewed by the advertiser or temporarily hidden due to duplication. In cases of non compliance with Jobmanji's Terms of Usage & Service job listings may also be deactivated.
Refunds for any unused job listing credits can be requested within 14 days of the transaction date by contacting us.
5, Links to other sites
Links to third party websites from Jobmanji are provided solely as a reference to the user and are not strictly and endorsement by Jobmanji for the third party website, as such Jobmanji cannot be held responsible for the content on third party websites.
Jobmanji recommends you to use caution when visiting third party websites.
B, Limitation of Liability
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL JOBMANJI OR ITS LICENSORS BE LIABLE TO ANY USER ON ACCOUNT OF THAT USER'S USE OR MISUSE OF OR RELIANCE ON THE JOBMANJI SERVICES. ARISING FROM ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT OR THE SUBJECT MATTER HEREOF SUCH LIMITATION OF LIABILITY SHALL APPLY TO PREVENT RECOVERY OF DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, AND PUNITIVE DAMAGES WHETHER SUCH CLAIM IS BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR OTHERWISE, (EVEN IF JOBMANJI OR ITS LICENSORS HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES). SUCH LIMITATION OF LIABILITY SHALL APPLY WHETHER THE DAMAGES ARISE FROM USE OR MISUSE OF AND RELIANCE ON THE JOBMANJI SERVICES, FROM INABILITY TO USE THE JOBMANJI SERVICES, OR FROM THE INTERRUPTION, SUSPENSION, OR TERMINATION OF THE JOBMANJI SERVICES (INCLUDING SUCH DAMAGES INCURRED BY THIRD PARTIES). THIS LIMITATION SHALL ALSO APPLY WITH RESPECT TO DAMAGES INCURRED BY REASON OF OTHER SERVICES OR GOODS RECEIVED THROUGH OR ADVERTISED ON THE JOBMANJI SERVICES OR RECEIVED THROUGH ANY LINKS PROVIDED IN THE JOBMANJI SERVICES, AS WELL AS BY REASON OF ANY INFORMATION OR ADVICE RECEIVED THROUGH OR ADVERTISED ON THE JOBMANJI SERVICES OR RECEIVED THROUGH ANY LINKS PROVIDED IN THE JOBMANJI SERVICES.
THIS LIMITATION SHALL ALSO APPLY, WITHOUT LIMITATION, TO THE COSTS OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS OR SERVICES, LOST PROFITS, OR LOST DATA. SUCH LIMITATION SHALL FURTHER APPLY WITH RESPECT TO THE PERFORMANCE OR NON-PERFORMANCE OF THE JOBMANJI SERVICES OR ANY INFORMATION OR MERCHANDISE THAT APPEARS ON, OR IS LINKED OR RELATED IN ANY WAY TO, THE JOBMANJI SERVICES. SUCH LIMITATION SHALL APPLY NOTWITHSTANDING AN FAILURE OF ESSENTIAL PURPOSE OF ANY LIMITED REMEDY AND TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. SOME STATES OR OTHER JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
