Sales Advisors may refer to a number of different roles, depending on the industry and the company. For example, some customer sales advisors jobs are call centre posts where cold calling via telephone is required, while some retail sales advisors jobs are focused on engaging with customers in their own home, in store or over the telephone.
In all cases the focus is on good customer relationship management, so applicants need to have a naturally friendly attitude towards clientele; the aim is to promote customer retention.
